APR offers both a cat-back exhaust,
and a downpipe for the A3 1.8T.
APR's A3 catback exhaust is a
stainless steel, mandrel bent system. Our exhaust begins after the
factory catalytic converter with a with a 2.5" center pipe which
contains a small 3" resonator. The 2.5" pipe continues back to the
muffler and two stealth downturn tips. With TIG welding, fully
stainless construction, and CNC'ed hangers, you will not find a higher
quality system on the market. The price for this catback system is

A 2.5" downpipe with a high flow
catalytic converter for the stock turbocharger can be purchased as well
for A$1100.

1.8T Transverse RHD Downpipe
New Right Hand Drive specific downpipes to suit A3, Golf IV, Bora, Jetta & New Beetle 1.8 Turbo. We have solved all the clearance issues, and managed to make good horsepower. A high flow catalytic converter is included, and it fits onto the stock turbo as well as K04 Upgrades.
